Shelley Construction (SC) is an urban general contractor. With extensive experience as a small-volume production builder and builder of semi-custom and custom properties in Chicago, we have over fifteen years of experience with single family homes (affordable and custom), two-flats, and condominiums, gut rehabs of single family homes and multi-family properties, and several years of experience with remodeling and other repair of residential and commercial properties.

We know it takes a team to get a project done. Through the development process Shelley Construction pursues vertical integration so that the builder, architect, owner, designer and all parties involved are working as a team and collectively understand what objectives are to be accomplished. Critical to those relationships are the subcontractors, suppliers, realtors, lenders, and other service providers who are involved with the project. By utilizing a complete systems approach all parties can collectively work towards the same goals, resulting in a more efficient and accurate product.
